CANADIAN PENSIONERS DESERVE PROTECTION - URGE YOUR MP TO SUPPORT BILL C-228

Bill C-228

Dear Ottawa and NE Bell Pensioners

On behalf of Mike Powell and the Canadian Federation of Pensioners (CFP) of which BPG is a member.

I am writing to request your help with our Senate outreach campaign in support of Bill C-228.

As you know, on November 23, Parliament voted unanimously to support Bill C-228. This legislation will protect millions of Canadian seniors and their families who rely on defined benefit pensions for their financial security in retirement.

This Bill is now before the Senate. Your urgent action is needed to ensure it passes the Senate and receives Royal Assent.

Please email your membership as soon as possible. We need everyone to email the Senate using this link and express their support for Bill C-228. It is critical that we keep up the pressure to get this Bill across the finish line.

Thanks to your support, pension protection for millions of vulnerable Canadian seniors is within reach.

Thank You

Micheal Powell

President, Canadian Federation of Pentioners

Merci.

Micheal Powell

President, Canadian Federation of Pentioners
