Personal information obtained by Bell Pensioners' Group in the membership application or otherwise, including name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be kept confidential and safeguarded by Bell Pensioners' Group and used only for the purposes of Bell Pensioners' Group.
It will not be shared with others and if it is requested to be shared for different purposes, the members will be advised and their consent obtained.
Bell Pensioners' Group will protect the confidentiality of all such information and permit only authorized persons to access it.
The Chair of each Chapter will be responsible for personal information under their control and any complaints or queries regarding it can be addressed to them.
